on, used to on duty or off duty or refueling for person who hasn’t card. Management card Hold by station owner, management card is used for station management. Pump-verifying card Hold by station master or manager, it is used to verify pump in troubleshooting. Maintenance card Hold by station or superior firm, it is used as maintenance of fuel dispenser. Parameter card The card is used as presetting parameters such as density, volume of pre-close valve. PSAM card PSAM card is employed to verify the validities of above cards, which is installed in reader of fuel dispenser. Fuel dispenser doesn’t work without RSAM card. There are many card seats for using on fuel dispenser. Card-controlled fuel dispenser Card –controlled fuel dispenser actually is the one mounted an IC card reader. At present, most of card-fuel dispenser integrated keyboard and card reader, realizing the combination of balance with IC card. 5.1 Structure of IC card reader for fuel dispenser Diagram 3-26: Basic structure of IC card reader In above diagram, CPU, adopted 32K byte memory, is core component in reader, which controlled all functions of reader. Port I is used for communicating fuel dispenser and realizing control manipulation such as readout filing data from fuel dispenser, download unit price and transmit operating information to fuel dispenser through keyboard. Port II is responsible for exchanging filled data with station’s supervision computer and transmitting filing record to background; readout important information from supervision computer such as black and white list, unit price and enquire blacklist and greylist. Memory is used to store filling record, blacklist and whitelist. Clock circuit provides the time in which filing record is generated. Matrix liquid crystal screen displays data prompting user and balance of card. ent must be supported implemented by the Tank Probes and any Controller Devices controlling the Tank Probes. M indicates that the data element must be supported O indicates that the data element is optional. Note: All mandatory data elements must be supportedimplemented for a device to be IFSF compatible. January 2005 IFSF - STANDARD FORECOURT PROTOCOL Version 1.25 TANK LEVEL GAUGE APPLICATION Page: 17 The mandatory data elements describe the bare minimum implementation requirements for a basic tank level gauge that can only measure fuel and water height. These consist of a set of IFSF protocol overhead elements control functions status messages error codes and the two height measurements. Since many available tank level gauges are capable of more than this the optional elements have been divided into groups that identify additional functionality. This will allow a customer to specify the optional groups that are required for an intended application. These are not intended to be levels of ascending complexity. For example it would be acceptable to implement Option Group 3 without having implemented Option Group 1. Here is a description of the Option Groups: O - These are individual optional elements that are not part of an identified group including some that are only necessary for certain types of gauges. O1 - This group identifies gauges that are capable of timekeeping and record dating. O2 - This group identifies gauges that have implem fuel disp fuel dispenser enser ented the fuel and water height fuel dispenser

About sponsorship Israel and Palestine Getting worse and worse Jul 6th 2006 | JERUSALEM From The Economist print edition The kidnapping of a soldier has prompted a risky new Israeli strategy against Hamas and Palestinian militants AP INTO the second week of Corporal Gilad Shalit s hostage ordeal, both sides have turned up the heat. Israel, which responded to its soldier s kidnapping first by bombing bridges and Gaza s power station, sending in the army and arresting dozens of Hamas leaders in the West Bank, has bombed government offices and the Islamic University, Hamas s educational stronghold, in Gaza. In reply, on July 4th, the corporal s Palestinian captors broke off talks with Egyptian mediators. Since then, two Qassam rockets launched from the Gaza Strip have hit the Israeli coastal city of Ashkelon, the farthest these home-made tubes of explosive have ever flown; one crashed into the car park of a school. Hamas s military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, claimed responsibility. That was a red rag to Israel. It has already said the incursion is not just a rescue operation—extremely risky in any case—but an attempt once and for all to stamp out Qassam fire. Since Israel took its settlers and troops out of Gaza last summer, the rockets have fallen on Israeli towns and villages nearby, causing no deaths but some injuries and a lot of fear. Prolonged Israeli shelling and air strikes have killed dozens of Gazans, both militants and bystanders, but done nothing to abate the Qassams. Plans for both the Hamas leaders arrests and the army s incursion were, it has emerged, laid well in advance, suggesting that Israel used the kidnapping as an excuse to launch them. Israel, said its defenc fuel disp fuel dispenser enser e minister, Amir Peretz, was “on the verge of setting new rules of the game. Su fuel dispenser
