U406 Breakaway

U406

U406 Breakaway

The U406 is designed to be installed on fuel dispensing hoses, and will separate when subjected to a designed pull force. The dual valves seat automatically, stopping the flow of fuel and limiting any fuel spillage, while protecting the dispensing equipment. For proper operation, the U406-A/B should be installed with a "straightening" hose with a minimum length of 9". U406-C/D should be installed with a minimum length of 12" .

Materials:

Body: Aluminum

Main Seals: Viton

Main Spring: stainless steel

Guide and poppet: POM

Protective Sleeve: PVC

Features:

Pull force- the U406 will break away with a pull force of 250 lbs ±5%, the U406 will break away with a pull force of 300 lbs±5%.

Certainty of operation- designed to be replaced after separation, instead of reassembled, to protect against reassembly errors.

Unique double-poppet design-features low pressure drop.

Flow rate: 0-60L/Min(3/4")

0-120L/Min(1")

Working pressure: 0.18Mpa

Low pressure drop- the integral check valve design allows for minimal pressure drop for faster, high-volume fill-ups.

100% Factory Tested.

reclaimed into tank relying on the special device on nozzle and via nozzle and motor. Non-burn system is widely adopted recently, vapor reclaiming in tank. In principle, the proportion of vapor and oil is 1 to 1, namely, each 1L oil decrease correspond to 1L vapor reclaimed to tank. A good capacity vapor recovery device should applicable to various kinds of vehicle inlet. In domestic market vacuum-aid vapor recovery is widely employed recently. Diagram 4-2: Pipeline Installation of Phase I Vapor Recovery Diagram 4-3: Phase II Vapor Recovery System Safety distance of vapor recovery system The safety distance between filling station that installed vapor recovery system and nearby construction and road could reduce by 30% that of non vapor recover system. Equipment deployment of vapor recovery system 4.1 The difference among various brand vapor recovery equipments are dealt method to vapor volume and refuel volume, dividing as the following three types: Adopting adjusting valve to regulate vapor influx: this method utilizes the pressure generated by oil flow to control air inlet, speed flow large air inlet, vice versa. Adopt electric pulse signal: to control frequency-varying motor through pulse signal, rotation of motor depend upon that of electric pulse. The type also reach 1 to 1 ratio of vapor recovery, mounting computer board. Adopt after-deal system: large amount of vapor an fuel dispenser d air is suck to tank using vacuum pump, in tank abundant vapor and air being burn or reclaimed. Main components in vapor recovery system. The system includes vacuum pump, separated jointer, breakaway valve, coaxial hose and nozzle. Vacuum pump: there are two kinds of pumps----- centre-type reclaiming vacuum pump and distributed reclaim vacuum pump. Center-type reclaiming vacuum pump: adopt one or two vacuum pumps reclaiming vapor into tank, including power type and non-power type. technical specification

The flexibility of the FTT network allows a wide variety of network topologies. The physical topology installed has a direct effect on individual application node (or nodes) resilience to cable breaks. In the forecourt environment fuel dispenser application nodes require a large amount of resilience. Depending on whether the cabling is being installed on a green field or existing site (where existing cabling ducting has to be used) the use of local loop junction boxes is recommended. 3.4 Primary Junction Box Echelon Corporation specify that in a FTT-10 LONWORKSnetwork there must be one and only one terminator resistor. It is recommended that this 52.3 resistor is placed in a junction box called the Primary Junction Box. On any site network there must be one and only one Primary Junction Box. Version 2.13 Page 3 of 24 December 2004 IFSF ENGINEERING BULLETIN NO. 1 CABLES CABLING and CABLE CONNECTORS The examples given in Appendix C clearly show the single Primary Junction Box in each cabling topology containing the single terminator resistor. 3.5 Secondary Junction Boxes Please refer to reference Ref. 3 for information on Pass-Thru Stub and Local Loop Junction Box fuel dispenser es. Local loop junction boxes should be used when high resilience is required. 4. CABLES 4.1 Cable Specifications Echelon Corporation have defined the electrical cable specifications of a LONWORKS FTT network. These specifications are listed in Tables A.1.2 and A.1.3 of Appendix A. Cable used in a service station forecourt should not only meet all the Echelon electrical specifications for a LONWORKS network but must also meet the national or local requirements of statutory fire and safety fuel dispenser fuel dispenser

one and what should be done. Herein lies the value of this occasionally dense academic work, which shows all too clearly what happens when the White House circle of decision-makers has too small a radius. Clearly, leaders have the right to rely on a loyal few; excessive debate and deadlock are not desirable. But as America is once again learning, people in power need to make sure that the decisive circle includes those who actually know a region. If leaders hope to draw no swords but what are sanctified, full consultation and real expertise are not expendable. The War Council McGeorge Bundy, the NSC, and Vietnam. By Andrew Preston. About sponsorship Tintin and the broken metaphor Dog days Jun 22nd 2006 From The Economist print edition THE best parodies are so good that the reader is never quite sure if the author Tintin and the really is joking or not. This is certainly the case in Tom McCarthy s delicious new Secret of Literature book, which unleashes the arsenal of post-modern literary criticism on Tintin, the fuel dispenser By Tom McCarthy comic-strip boy hero created by Georges Remi, a Belgian, under the pseudonym Hergé. The book blends genuine detective-work with the most absurd non-sequiturs and red herrings of literary criticism. It is startling (if true) to learn that the seemingly racist “Tintin in the Congois popular in Africa; and intriguing to speculate whether the glamorous illegitimacy of Hergé s own family history is echoed in the family crest of Tintin s friend, Captain Haddock. Mr McCarthy argues that it signifies that Haddock s ancestor Sir Francis was a royal bastard. fuel dispenser fuel dispenser
